Shipping 

  • We do our best to get your items to you as fast as possible with the best shipping rates. Please allow 1-3 business days for product fulfillment prior to shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. 
  • For all INTERNATIONAL customers – We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged for any customs fees. Any customs or import duties that are charged once a product reaches its destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. 

Returns / Exchanges 

  • Domestic 
    • To begin the process for returning an order, please email orders@jewelrybygresham.com. From there, our Customer Service Team will get back to you within 48 business hours with the appropriate next steps. 
    • To cancel an order, an email must be sent to orders@jewelrybygresham.com within 24 hrs of order placement.
    • Returns/Exchanges are accepted within two weeks of shipment if the item(s) is in stock. 
    • We do NOT accept returns/exchanges after two weeks from shipment date.
  • We do NOT accept any returns or exchanges on any INTERNATIONAL orders. 
  • We do NOT accept any returns or exchanges on small batches or special collection pieces such as glass items or rugs.

Jewelry Care

  • Jewelry is fragile. Please note that wearing your Gresham Jewelry (and all your jewels) in water or spraying with aerosols and lotions can be damaging over time.
