Returns & Exchanges
Shipping: We do our best to get your items to you as fast as possible with the best shipping rates. Please allow 1-3 days for product fulfillment prior to shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Returns / Exchanges
- No returns or exchanges on small batches or special collections like glass or rugs.
- Domestic Returns
- We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of order placement.
- Returns are accepted within two weeks of shipment for a full refund.
- We will allow exchanges for items in stock within two weeks.
- We do not accept returns/exchanges after two weeks from shipment date.
- International Information / Returns
- We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the product reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
- We do not accept international returns or exchanged
- Notify the shipping provider immediately about the issue of a missing package.
- File a claim with the shipping company about this and see if they can give you answers on where the package was delivered to. That way we can confirm it was delivered to the correct address before we claim the package as stolen.
- Stolen packages will receive a replacement. Only send 1 replacement for the missing or stolen package. Before sending, get all the above details and information from USPS or UPS. Once sent, send a new tracking number / information to the customer immediately.
Jewelry Care: Jewelry is fragile. Please note wearing your Gresham Jewelry (and all your jewels) in water or spraying with aerosols and lotions can be damaging.
